Research and publication standard

Useful evidence, without inflated certainty.

The commitment

KemiKing will distinguish what a diagnostic indicates, what a participant reports, what operating evidence shows and what aggregate data can support.

Different evidence answers different questions.

01

Diagnostic signal

A structured reflection identifies where closer attention may be useful. It does not prove cause or predict an outcome.

02

Behavioural evidence

A recorded action shows what was completed, when and at what standard. Completion is not automatically an outcome.

03

Observed result

A defined change is reviewed against the Outcome Contract and evidence horizon. Attribution remains appropriately cautious.

04

Aggregate finding

Patterns across eligible consented records may describe the sample. They do not establish universal truth.

No publication without exact, informed permission.

  1. Real work only: no invented testimonials, fictional participants presented as real, or unlabelled composite stories.
  2. Specific permission: interest in contributing is not publication consent. The participant approves the exact draft and disclosure level.
  3. Factual review: dates, intervention, evidence and outcomes are checked before publication.
  4. Privacy by default: identifying details are removed unless named publication is explicitly approved.
  5. Balanced account: the study states what changed, what did not, the evidence horizon and important limitations.
  6. Withdrawal path: participants can request removal from future publication on KemiKing-controlled channels. KemiKing cannot guarantee removal from third-party quotations, caches or archives.

KemiKing will not publish three case studies merely to satisfy a marketing target. Three will be published when three real participants have completed this standard.

Minimum sample, consent and suppression come first.

  • Eligible records: only records covered by the stated research permission and inclusion period.
  • Minimum release threshold: no public aggregate report below 30 eligible responses.
  • Small-cell suppression: categories representing fewer than ten responses are withheld or combined.
  • No free-text publication: private written answers are excluded unless separately and explicitly approved.
  • Methodology with every release: sample size, collection dates, missing data, scoring and limitations remain visible.
  • Descriptive claims only: findings describe the participating sample and do not imply clinical validation or causation.

Only released evidence is presented as evidence.

Qualitative

One client account

The anonymised account on About is presented as self-reported experience, not as a formal case study or general outcome claim.

Pending

Participant case studies

No formal case study will appear until a real participant approves the exact publication draft.

Aggregate Capital findings

The first release remains gated by eligible consented sample size and privacy review.

Consent must be specific, recorded and reviewable.

The operating process follows the core principle in GOV.UK guidance on informed research consent: participants should understand who is conducting the work, what will be collected, how it will be used, how long it will be retained and how to withdraw. The privacy review also considers the Information Commissioner’s Office guidance on identification risk.

These are KemiKing’s minimum editorial safeguards. They do not turn an early sample into representative research and are not a substitute for appropriate legal, ethics or statistical review.

Evidence boundaries, clearly answered.

Why require 30 responses?

Thirty is a publication floor chosen to avoid presenting very small early samples as meaningful aggregate insight. It is not a claim of statistical representativeness.

Can anonymous information still be identifying?

Yes. Rare combinations and small groups can make re-identification possible. That is why KemiKing suppresses small cells and avoids publishing private free text.

Does a case study prove the method will work for everyone?

No. A case study documents one bounded context and outcome. It can illuminate a mechanism or implementation choice, but it cannot guarantee another person’s result.
